What you\\\'ll do

• Analyze business requirements together with the team
• Create and maintain systems that are simple, performant and reliable
• Work using Agile methodology in a fast-paced Kanban environment
• Design, develop & deliver well-tested software in a modular environment
• Collaborate with the team to shape the future of the product

What you\\\'ll need

Technical skills * Good knowledge of Java

• Knowledge of JUnit, Spring
• Relational Database skills (SQL) are a plus
• Knowledge of Git

Interests * Experience in/interest in learning about finances

• Interest in building long-lasting and robust products

Soft skills * Autonomy: Ability to complete projects under the supervision of senior team members

• Can-do attitude: You are a creative problem solver and a fast learner with a passion for what you do and are excited to be involved in the full software life cycle
• Accountability: You want to be a real engineer, being responsible of the full life cycle of what you build and being respected for that
• Teamwork: You value team spirit and are excited to be mentored and mentor your team
• Communication: You communicate effectively, appreciate feedback, and open communication
• Proficiency in English is required, French is a plus.
