. You will support our Key Account Manager in developing the business with our Digital Key Accounts (Amazon/Zalando). You will coordinate promotional activities and support with forecasting models and reports to maximize sales and identify risks and opportunities such as assortment gaps. Your creativity and experience will help drive process improvements. This role works cross-functionally and requires frequent communication with customers and internal teams.What you will do in this role:
Support the key account management of Amazon Europe/Middle East, Zalando (B2B & B2C), and ASOS for watches, jewelry, and leather goods
Manage promotional activities for peak periods such as Prime Day and Black Friday, including product selection, funding/margin calculations, inventory coordination, and performance reporting
Select and propose products for merchandising initiatives like influencer campaigns and Amazon Fashion pages
Support sales analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Improve and maintain documentation for operational processes to enhance team efficiency
Develop standardized reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and customer/brand meetings
Collaborate with internal teams (account management, planning, logistics, accounting) to execute the operational business plan
Who You Are

Higher education degree
Highly effective written and verbal communicator
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; structured and data-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Ability to interpret and act on sales data and reports
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Experience in 1P and/or 3P marketplaces
Familiarity with product, category, and brand management
Experience with data analysis and reporting
