Our client is the IT department of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a DevSecOps specialist (m, f, d) as Kubernetes & DevSecOps Engineer Aufgaben Monitoring or integrating security measures into a growing IT environment, including the entire software development and operation cycle (DevOps process) / Key tasks include optimizing developments, processes and tools, automating security tests, implementing secure CI/CD pipelines by optimizing shell scripts, performing vulnerability analyses, and managing infrastructure security / Supporting developers throughout the development cycle / Ensuring the configuration and management of secure systems, including containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments / Monitoring systems for security incidents and regularly performing vulnerability analyses and penetration tests, including root cause analysis / Ensuring compliance and data protection (ISO 27001, GDPR) throughout the entire workflow / Ensuring best practices and company standards, including the creation of documentation / Ad hoc projects. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering / DevSecOps Engineer (ECDE) or CAS Secure Software Design & Development certification (or similar) as an advantage / Professional experience as a DevSecOps engineer in banking or consulting in bank projects of multinationals / Technical proficiency with Kubernetes, including deep understanding of control plane components, networking (CNI), storage (CSI), service mesh concepts, and operators / Understanding of cloud security concepts, vulnerability management, and secure configuration in cloud environments / Experience with at least one CI/CD tool (preferably Azure DevOps) / Experience with tools for version control (Git), automation (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) / Experience with the following technologies: Elasticsearch; MongoDB; Redis; Kafka; any API management tools / Professional experience as a developer with Microsoft .NET desirable / Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java / Ability to analyze IT environments from a top-down perspective / Ability to collaborate with development and operations teams and promote security awareness / Hands-on mentality / German and English.
