Lead Full Stack Developer - Real Time / Event Driven Platform - Contract
Are you a hands-on developer with a passion for building scalable, event-driven platforms? We're looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join a fast-paced, innovative project in the crypto/Web3 space. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a cutting-edge platform and lead a small development team in delivering real-world business solutions.
What You'll Do
Design and implement a decentralised, event-driven service architecture using Node.js and TypeScript.
Build atomic services that react to business events and support parallel task execution.
Lead the implementation of initial use-cases and guide your team in extending the platform for additional business workflows.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and other developers to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Contribute actively to architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
Explore AI-driven tools and automation to accelerate development tasks.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Node.js / TypeScript on cloud-native stacks (Azure preferred).
Deep understanding of event-driven and service-oriented architectures.
Hands-on, technical leader - you code, design, and mentor the team simultaneously.
Familiarity with microservices, cloud infrastructure, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
Advantage: Experience with crypto, digital assets, or financial products.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
