• understand and challenge our various stakeholders
• analyze and evaluate the business processes, products and services
• evaluate high level requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs / benefit)
• identify the impact on interfacing solutions
• generate Business Rules / Use Cases and the corresponding Software Requirement Specifications
• review test cases, support of the testing colleagues in test design and execution
• guide the team in Requirements Engineering related topics
• manage Requirements engineers as team lead

Your team

You\\\'ll be working within UBS Business Solutions AG in Zurich in a crew of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile application circle one, which is exclusively available to our clients in Global Wealth Management. Our product is developed across multiple locations and has interfaces to multiple areas of the bank, having the focus on faster time to market and agile methodology, but always having our client in the center.

Your expertise

You have:

• a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics
• business analysis experience in the financial industry (preferably in the area of mobile)
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
• strong leadership abilities and experience in leading a team with requirements engineers.
• several years of experience in a similar role

You are:

• an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
• a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
• able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
• a good team player and have the ability to lead and mentor a group of requirement engineers
• strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues in English, while German will be a plus
