This role combines executive support to the CEO with corporate governance and legal affairs responsibilities. The position is ideal for a practical, proactive, and precise professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to both operational excellence and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the CEO by managing agenda, meetings, travel and events.
Manage corporate documentation in compliance with Swiss regulations.
Act as liaison with the Board of Directors, organizing meetings (logistics and digital), drafting and reviewing minutes*, board resolutions, and statutes. Supervise the company's online platform and support corporate communications (website, social media).
Handle administrative tasks such as payments, contracts, and supplier relations.
Coordinate and archive company documents (paper and digital).
Contribute to special projects, proposing improvements in efficiency and sustainability.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Solid knowledge of
Swiss corporate law
and Board governance processes.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration platforms.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Fluent in Italian, English, and French; German is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent education.
Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support and/or corporate affairs, preferably in Switzerland.
Proven experience in managing corporate documentation and governance processes.
