Legal Officer (6 months )
Provide support to the Treasury and Trading manager in any legal matter related to the department: financial institutions, execution and sales desks.

Provide support to the Treasury and Trading manager in any legal matter related to the department: financial institutions, execution and sales desks.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and/or review of prospectus and final terms for structured products issued in-house or externaly.
- Review and negotiation of different agreements related to derivatives (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, clearing agreements, custody agreements, brokerage agreements, CDEA, MFSTA).
- Review and negotiation of terms & conditions of trading platforms, account opening documents with external correspondent banks, and any other types of documentation related to derivatives.
- Monitoring of regulations applying to the activities of the trading room and the asset management activities (mainly derivatives).
- The activities are groupwide (Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, London, Jersey, Singapore and Hong Kong).
- Law degree, particularly in the field of international and/or commercial law, if possible with the Swiss bar exam
- 1-3 years of experience in the banking or in asset management sector, have a good comprehension of investment products and derivatives.
- Fluent French & English
