The team\\\'s main responsibilities are to manage and prepare entire assembly kits out of storage materials and manufactured as ready-to-use and to the point-of-use. The team\\\'s main responsibilities are to manage and prepare entire assembly kits out of storage materials and manufactured as ready-to-use and to the point-of-use. Description/Tasks:
- Manage day to day kitting tasks (receiving, Handling, packing/unpacking, shipping and dispatching of goods, perform inventories; manage administrative tasks\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
- Booking of goods in SAP
- Print and prepare work documents \\xe2\\x80\\x93 archive of traceability paperwork
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments as necessary to meet internal customer requirements
- Motived and interested to work in a cross-functional team with plenty internal relationships
- Ensure ready-to-use and to the point-of-use philosophy as per project schedule needs
- Escalation of material shortages and \\xe2\\x80\\x9cshowstopper\\xe2\\x80\\x9d
- Comply with EHS rules (work instruction, personal protective equipment
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in a safe working environment
- Propose and support continuous improvements projects
- Minimum of 1 year experience as logistic agent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the aerospace industry and the regulatory framework is an advantage
- Ability to work on shift
- Apprenticeship or similar education in logistics or material management
- Work experience in manufacturing business and understand electronic and mechanical part handling
- Good IT knowledge (SAP R/3, MS-Office, etc\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
