Hobson Prior is seeking a Logistics and Distribution Manager to oversee the logistics and inventory management for a diverse range of healthcare products. You will ensure that products are stored and transported correctly, manage relationships with logistics partners, and maintain accurate inventory records. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with global supply chain standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the transition from SAP to a new data management tool.
• Manage and maintain inventory data in the new system.
• Oversee logistics tasks, including ordering, tracking shipments, and managing transport conditions.
• Handle customs documentation and tax settings for imports and exports.
• Reconcile stock levels and manage warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and quality assurance teams.
• Train new team members on supply chain systems and processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in supply chain management within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and inventory management.
• Strong skills in data analysis using MS Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage change effectively.
