Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Maintenance Expert & Industrial Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the technical strategy of the site and for leading strategic industrial projects:

Define and implement the site's technical and industrial strategy in collaboration with Operations leadership. Supervise maintenance operations (corrective, preventive, predictive) and ensure equipment reliability. Lead and develop a team of project engineers and technicians. Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE optimization). Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, IATF 16949). Manage CAPEX & OPEX budgets and industrial investments. Oversee qualification and validation of new equipment and processes (IQ, OQ, PQ, PV).

Your Profile

Engineering degree (HES, EPFL, or equivalent). 10+ years of experience in a regulated industrial environment (MedTech, Automotive, Aerospace, etc.). Expertise in industrial maintenance, process reliability, and complex project management. Strong command of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and risk analysis (FMEA). Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. Fluent in French & English
