In this role, you will help shape the global technology and operations strategy in close collaboration with senior management and international stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize processes, and strengthen global competitiveness. Additionally, you will support these internal stakeholders throughout their industrialization journey for the products. Lead technology and industrialization projects, from feasibility studies to smooth ramp-ups
Analyze technology competencies and gaps, drive scouting and benchmarking initiatives
Develop and evaluate new production technologies and pilot projects
Support smart manufacturing and digitalization, inclusive data analytics, and Power BI reporting
Drive global footprint and operations network projects (production, logistics, supply chain, e.g.)
Define make-or-buy strategies and value stream configurations
Conduct holistic analysis of datasets across functions to guide strategic decisions

A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field
Several years of experience in manufacturing technology and/or operations strategy in a global context
Concrete experiences in leading industrialization projects from feasibility studies to smooth ramp-ups on a global scale
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, hands-on mindset
Proven expertise in digital tools (Power BI) and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
Open to international travel (up to 20%)
