We're a fast-growing Swiss scale-up transforming how households and small organizations manage admin. With a proven B2B offering and a growing number of institutional and SME clients, we're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to help us nurture and convert leads in a high-trust, low-touch sales environment.
Tasks
What You'll Do:
This role sits at the heart of our B2B marketing engine. You'll own and optimize our B2B marketing tech stack, build automated journeys, and ensure every lead is nurtured thoughtfully--until they're ready to convert. You'll collaborate across marketing, product, and business teams to move leads smoothly through the funnel.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and manage our marketing automation setup (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
- Build and optimize automated email sequences and multi-step nurturing flows
- Ensure accurate tracking and clean handover of leads to customer success
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure relevant, timely messaging across touchpoints
- Improve funnel conversion rates through A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral triggers
- Maintain and scale our website and landing page setup using SEO/AEO best practices
- Track key metrics such as lead velocity, MQL?SQL conversion rates, and channel performance
- Support localization and personalization efforts across DE, CH, UK markets
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years experience in marketing, ideally in SaaS or services with long sales cycles
- Proven hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and funnel building
- A solid understanding of data, tracking, lead scoring, and user segmentation
- Familiarity with SEO principles and CMS/web tools (e.g. Webflow, Wordpress, etc.)
- Highly structured working style, proactive mindset, and love for efficiency
- Bonus:
You've worked in a small team where you had to own strategy and execution
