Job Title:

Marketing Coordinator EEMEA, 80% (10-month Maternity Cover)

About the opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our EEMEA team on a 10-month maternity cover. This is a primarily administrative and coordination-focused role, supporting the daily operations of the regional marketing function. You will assist with scheduling, documentation, internal communication, and the logistical coordination of marketing activities across the region.



This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way.



Please note this is a temporary position (10-month maternity cover).

Location:

Hybrid (2 days in the office per week are required)

What you will be doing:

Coordinate and support day-to-day marketing activities across the EEMEA region to ensure timely execution of plans.



Support with product labelling and packaging review process



Assist in the organization and logistics of regional events and meetings.



Assist with marketing programs and campaigns, including content adaptation, translations and localization.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and timely approvals.



Provide support with reporting, tracking, and communication across regional and local teams.

What you need for success:

Commercial degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience in a commercial environment.



Strong organizational and project coordination skills.



Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively collaborate with various cultures and regions.



Fluency in English (written and spoken).



Proficiency in Office 365.



Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.



Experience in an international or regional role is a plus.



Previous experience in marketing or marketing coordination is a plus.
