Job Description

our 3 Core Missions1. Support International Marketers & HCP Contracting

Act as the go-to coordinator for marketers across Europe
Manage HCP contract flows and legal approvals
Streamline marketing processes and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations

2. Marketing Demo & Material Logistics

Track and manage demo tools and promotional materials stored in a German warehouse
Coordinate shipments, check inventory quality, and liaise with logistics partners
Ensure sales teams know what's available and when they can access it

3. Marketing Material Production & Communication

Coordinate the full production chain: from agency briefing to translation and printing
Follow up on timelines, errors, and delivery
Communicate clearly with sales teams about available support materials

experience in healthcare, science, pharma, or compliance sectorsFluent in English >=C1 and German >=B2; French is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
experience in healthcare, science, pharma, or compliance sectors
Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2); French is a plus
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Experience with Showpad or similar platforms is a plus
