To support our Marketing Manager during her maternity leave, we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Project Coordinator who enjoys working on a variety of projects, from partner collaborations to event management and marketing operations. This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level marketer who wants to gain broad experience across multiple marketing areas in a dynamic FinTech environment.



This role is temporary, but as we continue to expand, there is a strong chance to continue with us in a permanent position as our team and projects grow.

November (or as soon as possible)

Contract:

Temporary (10 months, with potential for a permanent role)



Tasks



You will support the marketing team with a variety of projects and tasks, with a focus on:



Partner & Event Management



Coordinate co-branded card projects with enterprise & integration partners Support the design, packaging and order process of the amnis debit card Organize and prepare fairs and summits (e.g. Web Summit, Accounting Summit, Treasury Convention) Research and execute merch concepts and materials

Marketing Operations



Maintain website updates (SEO improvements, employee pages, blog updates etc.) Support with translations, visuals, and app store copies Manage smaller marketing needs such as business cards and employee photos Support the integration of AI tools into marketing processes

Requirements



First professional experience in marketing, project coordination, or event and partner management (internships or 1-2 years of work experience) Hands-on, proactive mindset - you like to get things done and keep projects moving Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Curiosity and flexibility to work across different marketing areas Strong communication skills (English & German required; Czech or other languages are a plus) Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new ones quickly
