Ensure a sustainable evolution of the business and IT landscape based on the business vision/strategy by supporting efficient and effective delivery of business objectives, through fostering of strategic reuse, modularization and cross value stream dependency management.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Foster adaptive design and engineering practices, and drive programs and teams to rally around a shared vision Guide the evolution of the business and IT landscape towards the target architecture Identify new trends on both business and IT side and support direction of investment to build up the foundations Provide architectural guidance to identify cross regional, discipline & value stream opportunities Support programs in faster and sustainable delivery of business value through using standardized and central provisioned common infrastructure Offers cross roadmap delivery coordination through establishment of an architectural runway and dependency management Understand and communicate strategic themes, and other business drivers for architecture, to system architects and non-technical stakeholders Accountable for defining the guardrails across the business and data architecture disciplines via standards and guidelines. Measure the adherence to those guardrails Ensure that programs are compliant to regulations, standards and agreed business target blueprints through managing and deciding upon exceptions on strategic level. Where needed use proactive project reviews as a due diligence process Promote continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps capabilities Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics and participating in their analysis where applicable Synchronize with disciplines across ARTs /programs for a continuous improvement of the guardrails

YOUR PROFILE

Well informed regarding emerging trends and tools A high attention of quality management, operational resilience IT Security and risk management Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills Architecture foundation knowledge, incl. good knowledge of the methods & new ways of working (Agile, DevOps & Continuous Integration, etc.), modelling, principles and standards, and frameworks Very good understanding and experience in business architecture, analysis and requirements engineering Excellent knowledge of application integration architecture, technologies, patterns and security architecture Very well acquaintance of service design and software development principles, standards, software solution architecture and design Relevant higher educational and professional background
