Responsibilities

Efficient and GMP-compliant handling of material flow Strict adherence to warehouse management regulations, including GMP rules, hygiene, and safety regulations, as well as relevant SOPs and packaging instructions Receiving and booking incoming goods in the ERP system (GPM) Operating the warehouse management system (WMS) Ensuring accurate and appropriate storage of materials Picking orders to supply production Returning materials to inventory after QC inspection Conducting internally required packaging material sample pulls Performing inventory counts Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and challenges to colleagues and supervisors

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in a similar role within an IT environment Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to strictly follow regulations and procedures Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems Ability to successfully implement inventory procedures and manage material flow
