The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the development of innovative biopharmaceutical products while ensuring the optimization of process performance and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and scale-up the manufacturing process of microbial cell cultures for USP
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in process development, optimization, and validation of USP processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transfer of processes into manufacturing
- Develop and execute scientific experiments, evaluate process data, and provide technical reports and recommendations
- Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s, Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree, or PhD in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development in USP with a strong focus on microbial cells
- GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technology
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in German an advantage
