The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in a chemical laboratory, as well as further professional experience with chemical/pharmaceutical products and GMP knowledge. Main tasks and responsibilities:
Provision and synthesis of chemical precursors for the production of electrodes and sensors in ongoing and dynamic production
Performing chemical pretreatments on specific components; incoming goods inspection and analysis of the chemicals and various raw materials used in production.
Shared responsibility for warehousing, inventory, ordering and SAP management of materials in the chemistry lab
GMP-compliant documentation of work processes and archiving of documents, as well as drafting of documents, deviations, work instructions and regulations.
Assistance in projects and participation in shop floor and material meetings
Incoming goods inspection and analysis of chemicals and various raw materials used in production
Final inspection of sensors and electrodes according to test specifications, test plans, and drawings, taking into account the quality management system
Timely execution of analyses, evaluation of test results and documentation of analysis results
GMP-compliant documentation of work processes and bookings in SAP
Drafting documents, deviations, work instructions and regulations
Work according to the instructions of those in charge.
Reporting faulty processes, materials, or equipment
Must-haves:
Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory assistant or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in the manufacture of chemical/pharmaceutical products
Experience in the GMP environment and GMP-compliant documentation
Fluent German skills, both spoken and written, are required; good English skills are an advantage.
