As the Navigator to the Co-Founder & Co-Chairman, you will serve as a key partner, elevating their effectiveness by ensuring their time and focus are directed toward what matters most. This role goes beyond traditional support, requiring you to act as a trusted advisor and thought partner at the highest level of the organization. You will be responsible for bringing clarity to complex situations and ensuring the successful execution of key priorities. Your Mission

Partnership & Priority Management:
Act as a primary thought partner to the Co-Chairman, in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff, helping to shape priorities and focus their time on critical business issues.
Provide high-touch, real-time support throughout the day by leading daily briefings, managing transitions, and ensuring the Co-Chairman is fully prepared for each upcoming meeting.
Drive the agenda and preparation for leadership meetings, board sessions, and important offsites, ensuring clear objectives and timely follow-ups.
Serve as a gatekeeper, enabling the Co-Chairman to focus on high-impact activities.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication:
Independently manage the Co-Chairman's inbox with full autonomy. This includes handling all correspondence and proactively drafting outgoing emails with all necessary information, ensuring they are prepared with such thoroughness that they require minimal to no review before sending.
Serve as a key liaison between the Co-Chairman and other teams (including product, AI, brand, and communication) to ensure alignment and drive progress on important initiatives.
Ensure the Founder is involved and effectively positioned in all internal and external communications and PR activities, enabling their feedback to be incorporated early.
Manage key communication flows on behalf of the Co-Chairman.
Operational & Vision Execution:
Translate the Founder's ideas and vision into actionable plans and projects. You will be responsible for implementing these concepts by leading meetings with key stakeholders and preparing all materials required to present them effectively.
Oversee the optimization of processes within the executive office to improve efficiency.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders, board members, and key external partners.
Manage all aspects of global Board Meetings, from planning and logistics to the onboarding of new members.
Your story

5+ years of experience in a senior executive support or senior business partner role, ideally within a fast-scaling, global company.
Exceptional forward-thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and trusted support for leadership.
Outstanding communication skills for working with various teams and stakeholders; ability to influence without direct authority.
Expertise in coordinating in high-pressure situations and an ability to remain calm and adaptable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
A proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a hands-on, team-oriented attitude.
