We are seeking an Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for flexible, freelance-based roles in your local area. Are you open to taking on contract-based assignments? Compensation is offered per hour, half-day, or full-day, depending on the task. Projects are location-specific, and you can choose based on your availability (weekdays or weekends).
Assignments involve Level 1 and Level 2 IT and Network support troubleshooting desktops, replacing hardware (e.g., server components like hard drives), and offering onsite support (console access for Routers/Switches/Firewalls) to assist remote teams.
Core Competency Requirements:
? Strong experience in desktop support, customer interaction, incident/change/release management, and third-party software support in Windows environments
? ITIL and Windows Server Admin certified, with a passion for automation through scripting or coding
? Solid understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP configuration, WLAN troubleshooting, Ethernet settings, and subnet calculations
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on familiarity across platforms: Windows, Android, iOS, and Blackberry.
