About the role

As a Network Manager, you will make an impact by overseeing the end-to-end delivery, operations, and continual improvement of enterprise network services. You will be a valued member of the Infrastructure team and collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Architect and other stakeholders to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure across Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, Routing & Switching, and pharma domains.

In this role, you will:

Serve as the design authority for global Cisco Viptela SD-WAN fabric, including vManage, vSmart, vBond, and vEdge/cEdge components. Architect and implement advanced service policies, data policies, and application-aware routing (AAR) for critical business applications. Lead migration from MPLS/VPN environments to SD-WAN fabric with zero-downtime cutovers. Design and implement SD-WAN integration with AWS and Azure using cloud on-ramps and virtual gateways. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Viptela architecture, OMP, TLOCs, and IPsec tunneling. Master routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and their interaction with SD-WAN overlay. Automate network tasks using vManage API, Python, and/or Ansible. Ensure operational hygiene: proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and ITIL compliance. Oversee capacity planning, reporting, and disaster recovery for network infrastructure.

What you need to have to be considered

8-12 years of experience in network delivery/operations. Strong expertise in Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, routing & switching, and cloud integration (AWS/Azure). Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Ansible) and vManage API. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

These will help you stand out

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, ITIL. Experience in regulated environments and compliance-driven industries.
