About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist (L2) to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations at our customer's office. This is a two-month backup assignment requiring independence and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for workstation environments.

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.

• Support standard operating systems and common office applications.

• Perform PDA configuration and support.

• Assist with TCP/IP network-related issues in workstation environments.

• Work independently on-site and provide guidance to other technicians when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of workstation environments:

• Standard hardware and operating systems.

• Common office applications (certifications are a plus).

• Experience with hardware repairs and PDA devices.

• Intermediate understanding of TCP/IP networking.

• Strong communication skills in native German and English (third language is a plus).

• Ability to work independently at customer sites.

• Technical associate degree or equivalent experience.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
