What you will do:

• Proactively manage the performance of raw material suppliers (Direct Category) to ensure the Material Requirement Plan can be realized.
• Driving SRM activities with key suppliers in collaboration with Global teams and site stakeholders.
• Maintain relevant Procurement Master Data in SAP for reliable MRP calculation and effective PO creation.
• Manage and resolve Q Claims and Vendor Returns (RMA, Cost Recovery, Replacements).
• Handle all Level 2 vendor blocking issues.
• Lead supplier negotiations for low-value contracts with suppliers.
• Support the category manager and strategic buyers to implement their supply strategies.
• Cooperate closely with Supply Chain Teams (IBIO) to ensure needs are covered and business is well running.
• Train new joiners and mentor junior colleagues.

What we are looking for:

• A degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement, or any relevant field.
• Proven experience in SCM & Procurement, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM ERP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; German proficiency is advantageous.
• A great teammate, excelling in collaborating across cross-functional teams.
