Project:

we are looking for a qualified Operator Material Supply Chapter (m/f/d) to support the Drug Substance Manufacturing activities at the Basel site.

In this role, you will support the GMP-compliant provision, cleaning, and reprocessing of materials and mobile plant components for the production of large and small molecule APIs. You will be responsible for the manufacturing, autoclaving, and timely delivery of setups for ISO applications and ensure compliance with all GMP and MES requirements.

You will work in a strictly regulated GMP environment and perform operational tasks such as receiving and dispatching SAP batch-managed materials, conducting visual and shelf-life inspections, and electronically documenting workflows in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). You will also support process-related activities, cleaning verifications, sample management, and the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.

Close collaboration within the Material Supply Chapter team is essential to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality supply to the production areas. This position offers the opportunity to make a key contribution to GMP-compliant material supply in a highly automated production environment at Roche.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

GMP-compliant cleaning of small parts and mobile plant components GMP-compliant manufacturing and autoclaving for the production of important setups, starting, for example, from the cleaned small parts. Support with process-related activities, such as sample management or cleaning verifications. GMP-compliant documentation of work processes Operation and monitoring of systems; operation and electronic documentation in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Resolving issues within the area of ??responsibility Assistance with the maintenance and repair of systems and equipment Receiving and issuing goods of SAP batch-managed materials, as well as the shelf-life and visual inspection with appropriate measures. Timely delivery and cleaning of materials for the ISO area in accordance with GMP and MES specifications. Creation and provision of the shopping carts Waste disposal within the VS and cooperation with the site waste disposal company Management of various warehouses

Requirements:

Completed vocational training as a chemical technologist, logistics specialist, or similar qualification with relevant professional experience.

Initial experience in production logistics GMP knowledge Fluent German skills, both spoken and written. Quality and safety awareness Independent work and enjoyment of working in a team
