You will be responsible for the monthly review and processing of absence notifications for daily allowance settlements (illness and accident) for our major clients. You will be the first point of contact for our corporate clients regarding questions about daily allowance processing on our digital platform. You will work closely with our Claims and Product teams to continuously improve our software and daily allowance processes. You will support the team in administrative case management.

Completed commercial training, ideally with initial experience in payroll and/or social or personal insurance (sick pay/accident insurance). Strong technical affinity and a quick grasp of new software. You work in a precise, reliable, and independent manner. You are service-oriented and enjoy communicating professionally with our clients. A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level) and French (C1 level); good English skills are a plus.
