Your contribution to KPMG

Experience in supporting and navigating complex change management programmes in business and digital transformations (HR, ERP, CRM, procurement transformations) Strong understanding of the needs of relevant stakeholders, key and end users during transformations and transactions Comfortable leading workshops and coaching C-suite executives, management, and project teams Development and close following of a detailed Change Management plan that is integrated with the project management plan together with the Project Manager Create and sustain trusted relationships with clients through your confidence and ability to track and measure change, demonstrating the real benefits of change management An empathetic individual with a genuine passion for people and connecting the technical side of change to the people side of change

This is what makes you successful

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, technology or similar Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting/change/project management role within change or transformation programmes, with a good understanding of contemporary IT topics and trends Ability to set priorities and accomplish work in a multitasking environment Possess confidence, have a point of view and achieve influence through your knowledge and understanding of Change Management processes and methodologies Experience in dealing with international clients PROSCI certification or equivalent a big plus Excellent English skills, with outstanding communication skills in speech and writing. German or French knowledge is an added advantage
