We are looking for a qualified People & Culture Expert, to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they\\\'re aligned with our business goals and to be responsible for all People Development related topics. You will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture and bring valuable expertise within your area into the small P&C Team.

What are we looking for?

Main accountabilities and activities as People & Culture Business Partner:

In the role as P&C Business Partner you will oversee P&C operations, provide guidance to management, consult with line management, analyse trends and metrics, resolve complex employee relations issues, improve work relationships and productivity. You act as consultant, aligning P&C practices with business goals to support the organization\\\'s success.
  • Consulting with line management and provide daily P&C guidance
  • Analysing trends and metrics with the P&C department
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Leading and participating in P&C relevant projects
  • Coaching of employees / supervisors
  • Drive talent management discussions, act as Business Partner and support in various P&C projects.
  • Responsible for the Talent Management Process incl. organisation of Talent Conferences in the respective area of responsibility
Main accountabilities and activities as People Development Manager:
  • Developing and creating training plans, involving, and collaborating with all the relevant teams and managers
  • Independently plan, communicate, and follow up on all training activities
  • Steering of the annual performance management process via SuccessFactors incl. evaluations
  • Responsible for our Learning Management System \\xe2\\x80\\x9cVORyou Training\\xe2\\x80\\x9d incl. selection of external trainers and organisation of trainings
  • Act as Admin for different internal tools, like our intranet and several partner providers
  • Conducting and moderating trainings and workshops
Your Profile

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with People & Culture practices, employee management and people development. You will communicate and consult with managers and senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions.
  • You have strong relationship management capabilities to partner with a variety external and internal stakeholders
  • You have been working for international businesses and matrix organisations
  • It\\\'s essential that you possess excellent communication and writing skills in both German and English
  • You hold a university degree or equivalent in the relevant field eg. P&C, Business, Education, Psychology with in-depth P&C knowledge
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development; Organizational Development or adult education ideally in international companies
  • Experience as an administrator with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
