We are now looking for a Talent and Development Manager that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:

• Develop and Implement Talent Development Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive talent development strategies that align with the organization\\\'s goals and foster the growth and development of our global and culturally diverse people (at the HQ in Zurich and in the different offices worldwide).
• Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver training and development programs that enhance skills and knowledge as well as the performance of leaders, individuals, and teams, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles. Source, mandate and monitor top quality external training providers.
• Performance Evaluation: Establish and manage performance evaluation processes, including regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Run company-wide team surveys.
• Consult and Advise Senior Management: Provide expert consultation and advice to senior management on development concepts for key training and development initiatives throughout the company.
• Manage Administrative Tasks: Execute a variety of administrative tasks such as training registration processes and handling of further education requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient administration. Assure result-oriented reporting.
• Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Foster a diverse and inclusive environment by implementing programs and initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in talent development and apply this knowledge to continually enhance the organization\\\'s development programs and practices.
• Dream big: Pair the power of football and modern technology to democratize talent development. These tasks are a good start. Time will change. Take it and shape it.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• Master\\\'s degree or similar higher education in related field
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in a global organisation
• Life experience across several cultures
• Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
• Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
• Proficient with expert tools (training & education)
• Smart, creative and innovative
• Global-minded and value driven
• Positive mind-set and great teammate
