About The Role:
As our People Operations Manager, you'll be part of the People & Impact Office and take ownership of key areas across the employee lifecycle. From hiring and onboarding to development, compensation, and engagement.
You'll be the go-to person for all People topics and will help build a consistent employee experience that reflects our values and supports our team across all departments.

Expect a Day Full of:
Advising our people on HR topics with clarity and heart, ensuring smooth HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
Owning and improving our talent acquisition and employer branding efforts
Creating a meaningful and value-driven people & office management experience, from a well-organized workplace to smooth office operations
Building tools, templates, and processes that make everyone's (work)life easier
Creating and supporting talent development, performance & effective feedback formats
Collaborating on people strategy, headcount planning, and people analytics

Who We're Looking For:

A human-centered mindset: you care about people and know how to balance structure with empathy
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with solid knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices, ideally in a role with broad HR know-how across recruitment, development, compensation & engagement
Hands-on experience with innovative HR tools (we work with 'Personio') and the curiosity to really understand, optimize and own them, including motivation to explore and apply AI where it makes processes smarter and people's work easier
A process thinker who enjoys building, simplifying, and improving HR flows
Excellent communication skills in (Swiss-) German and English
Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset with high self-leadership
A collaborative and positive team spirit with a healthy dose of pragmatism
