Experis Switzerland is seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant specializing in Permanent Placement to join our team. The Consultant will play a pivotal role in connecting talented professionals with our clients, ensuring the best possible match for both parties. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and candidates, providing strategic guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Consultant Permanent Placement

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:

As a Consultant PERM at Experis, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and strategic support to our clients. Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and organizational goals, and delivering tailored solutions that ensure successful PERM placements. Your commitment to excellence, coupled with a client-centric approach, will contribute to Experis' reputation as a trusted partner in workforce solutions, fostering long-term relationships and driving the success of both clients and candidates.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN Impact AND GAIN EXPERIENCE:

Reporting into the Team Leader, the Consultant manages the complete sales & recruiting lifecycle. The role should be able to work in an autonomous way, mainly on SMB clients on the assigned territory. SALES

The role is in charge of developing new business and managing existing clients. The consultant will proactively put in place every action needed in order to obtain new jobs. He/she will manage the complete lifecycle of sales: offering/pitch, negotiation, recruiting process, presentation of candidate's short list, support in negotiation between client and candidate, fidelization of client etc. ORGANIZATION AND PLANNING

The Consultant schedules internal and sales activities in order to assures the respect of deadlines. MANAGEMENT

The Consultant activates every channel needed for sourcing and recruiting purposes, screens cvs, manages individual interviews, evaluates skills and motivation, accompanies the candidate in every step of his/her career change. MONITORING

The Consultant monitors his/her individual results, uses the CRM in order to keep KPIs aligned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a permanent placement or executive search environment Strong understanding of Swiss labor laws, regulations, and market dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity Fluency in English and German (French is a plus)
