Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of and manage deadlines pertaining to IP matters
- Create, generate, uphold, file, and supervise trademark licensing agreements
- Handle the filing and oversee the renewal process for trademark registrations
- Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of IP-related administrative matters
- Oversee IP management software administration and prepare portfolio reports
Experience:
- Familiarity with working in an international environment
- Law degree or equivalent certification for IP Paralegal
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Academic IP / Trademark knowledge
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
