Apply time-resolved cryo-EM and complementary biophysical techniques to capture dynamic structural changes during protein activation with high spatial and temporal resolution
Prepare samples of protein complexes for structural and biophysical studies
Perform cryo-EM data collection, image processing, and 3D reconstruction
Integrate cryo-EM results with additional biophysical data to obtain comprehensive mechanistic insights
Present research findings at national and international scientific conferences
Publish results in peer-reviewed scientific journals
Your profile

Master's degree in biochemistry, structural biology or a related discipline completed before February 2026
Experience in one or more of the following: membrane protein biochemistry/biophysics, cryo-EM, X-ray crystallography or spectroscopy
Strong motivation to work on ambitious, interdisciplinary projects at the frontier of structural biology
