As a global leader in power semiconductors, we offer one of the most diverse product portfolios including thyristors, diodes, GTOs, IGCTs, IGBTs and MOSFETs recognized by industry, power transmission & distribution, mobility, renewable energy for their ultimate in quality and reliability. As a Senior Engineer in Photolithography, you will lead the development, optimization, and implementation of lithography processes for power semiconductor manufacturing. You will work cross-functionally to ensure high yield, process stability, and continuous improvement across the production line.
How you'll make an impact
Lead the development and optimization of photolithography processes to ensure high yield, stability, and cost-efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line, focusing on throughput, quality, and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (wet etch, diffusion, metals, dry etch, implant, integration) to ensure seamless process integration
Evaluate and implement new technologies in partnership with equipment and material suppliers
Analyze process data using SPC and other statistical tools to identify trends and troubleshoot issues
Plan and lead equipment installation, qualification, and ramp-up activities
Support metrology tools and methodologies, including CD and overlay measurements
Document and communicate project plans, results, and recommendations clearly and effectively
Your background
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
