Your Responsibilities

Define and manage product and technology roadmaps in close collaboration with Product Line Tools Oversee the innovation portfolio, including budget, timing, and quality, and ensure smooth project execution and market introduction Lead and develop a high-performing team with an open, inclusive culture Take full responsibility for team performance and foster individual career development Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and academic partners Represent Oerlikon at scientific conferences and industry events Coach and guide effective execution of R&D projects, ensuring transparency and efficiency
