Unterstutzung bei der Informationsbeschaffung im Deal-Sourcing-Prozess ("Triage") sowie im Research Durchfuhrung verschiedener Analysen zur Unterstutzung bei der Erstellung von Ersteinschatzungen von Investitionsmoglichkeiten Unterstutzung bei der Erstellung von Immobilienbewertungen Erstellung von Prasentationen (insb. in PowerPoint) Unterstutzung vom Backoffice bei Bedarf

QUALIFICATIONS

Studium in Immobilien-, Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, in Finance oder in einer Notariatsausbildung Interesse am Schweizer Immobilienmarkt und deren verschiedenen Segmente Wunsch in einem sehr professionellen und kooperativen Team mitzuarbeiten Organisations- und Zahlentalent Hochste Aufmerksamkeit fur Details Gutes Urteilsvermogen Grosser Wissensdurst Sehr gute Microsoft Kenntnisse, vor allem in Excel und Powerpoint Ausgepragte Kommunikationsfahigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch zwingend, Franzosisch von grossem Vorteil
