Process Engineer (Automation)

In der vakanten Position unterstutzen Sie die Abteilung Prozess- und Projektengineering. Sie planen und fuhren Aktivitaten im Zusammenhang mit der Einfuhrung neuer Prozesse, Gerate und Systeme durch. Dies beinhaltet die Evaluierung aktueller und neuer Technologien und Produktionsprozesse, die Bewertung der Prozesskosten, der Qualitat und der Prozessfahigkeit sowie die Durchfuhrung der Qualifizierung, Validierung und Optimierung der Prozesse. Zur Prozesscharakterisierung und etwaigen Problemlosungen verwenden Sie die geeigneten Werkzeuge und schaffen Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Das Aufgabengebiet:

Projektmanagement von technischen Investitionsprojekten Erstellung von Benutzeranforderungen, Funktionsspezifikationen und Risikoanalyse (FMEA) Bewertung, Beschaffung, Qualifizierung, Validierung und Implementierung von Geraten Optimierung der Produktionslinien (Gesamtanlageneffizienz) Festlegung der Wartungsstrategie fur die Beschaffung neuer Gerate einschliesslich Kalibrierungen Ursachen- und Schwachstellenanalysen / CAPA und nachfolgende Verbesserungsprojekte Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Einfuhrung moglicher neuer Technologien Verwalten des Benutzerzugriffs auf Gerate Pflegen der Geratedokumentation und Produktspezifikationsmanagement SME fur Qualifizierung und Validierung (Live-Cycle-Management) Schnittstelle zu anderen Maintenance, Facility, Qualitat und Produktion Betreuung unseres Automationsnetzwerkes mit dem externen Dienstleister zusammen Zustandig fur die Kamerasysteme (Bilderkennung und Verarbeitung) Zustandig fur das Labeling/Printing (Datenausgabe und Verarbeitung) Zustandig fur jahrlichen Backups an den Anlagen (SPS) inkl. Verwaltung 2nd level support bei Storungen an den Anlagen

Ihr Profil:

Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Automation Weiterbildung auf HF oder FH Stufe Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik Deutsch und Englisch mundliche und schriftlich Projektmanagement Stark vernetzte Denkweise Pflichtbewusste Personlichkeit
