For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a Process Engineer Pharma DP (m/f/d)

Background

:
The Pharma Engineering department is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for the Basel and Kaiseraugst locations for the DP Solids group.
The "Pharma Engineering" home base offers internal customers professional engineering services in the areas of research, development, launch, and market production at the Basel and Kaiseraugst locations.
Activities include the planning, implementation, and operational engineering of production facilities. Furthermore, customers are supported in brainstorming and developing concepts for new, innovative solutions for designing efficient production processes.
Orders and projects are handled without hierarchies in self-organized specialist teams using a new work model. This requires a high degree of self-organization, vision, and team spirit, as well as strong communication skills.

Main tasks and areas of responsibility:

Efficient and effective order/project processing and operational support in accordance with the processes relevant for the provision of services, with the main focus on operational engineering:
Planning, qualification, and commissioning of pharmaceutical solid dosage systems Creation, maintenance, review, and approval of project, plant, qualification, and SGU documentation (SGU = Safety, Health, Environmental Protection) Implementation and assurance of the state of the art and official and internal regulations/guidelines in the area of ??SGU and GMP Evaluation, review, and recommendation of new technologies in the area of ??solid dosage processes Proactive support for customers in defining and initiating investment projects, including cost estimates and schedules Management of projects and orders, assuming responsibility for the technical solution, costs, and deadlines

Must Haves:

Basic technical training with a completed degree in natural sciences (university of applied sciences/technical engineering), e.g. process engineering/pharmaceutical engineering or similar At least 5 years of professional experience in project planning and operational engineering of galenic plants Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment Understanding of GMP and process engineering requirements of process plants and package units in the field of solid dosage form manufacturing Willingness to work in an agile, self-organized work environment Very good German and good English skills are required
