What you will do at Parashift




As Parashift's Product Management Specialist, you help shape the future of our AI-driven document automation platform. Your role will be instrumental in evolving our product to continue to meet real-world client needs, guiding feature development from ideation to launch. Collaborating closely with the CEO, Product Board, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, you'll help translate market insights into actionable product value. Here's what you'll do:

Monitor the intelligent automation and IDP landscape

, conducting ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitive gaps, and emerging client needs in document automation and work automation.

Co-create the product vision

, working hand-in-hand with the Founder/CEO and Product Board to ideate, prioritize, and validate high-impact feature concepts.

Design and validate new features

, creating wireframes, interactive mockups, and prototypes--then testing them directly with clients and partners to ensure market fit and usability.

Bridge product and engineering

, refining specifications, aligning technical feasibility with business goals, and supporting developers throughout the build process.

Serve as the Product Board's strategic coordinator

, organizing agendas, documenting decisions, and facilitating cross-functional alignment within this interdisciplinary group.

Build and communicate the product roadmap

, synthesizing input into a clear, prioritized plan and presenting it confidently to internal teams and external audiences.

Own product launch communications

, drafting compelling release notes, leading quarterly product update webinars, and contribute to creating enablement materials for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Gather and synthesize client feedback

into structured product requirements, running beta programs with select clients to de-risk new features before general release.

Track product KPIs post-launch

(e.g., adoption, automation and interaction rates, processing volume) to inform iteration and continuous improvement.

Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy

based on feature value, market positioning, and customer segmentation.

Maintain analyst relations

, serving as the primary point of contact for industry analysts, preparing briefings, and ensuring Parashift's product narrative is accurately represented in reports and rankings.

What You Bring to Parashift's Success




The ideal candidate brings:

Product management experience

: 2 years in product management, product ownership, or technical product marketing -- ideally in B2B SaaS, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or AI-driven automation.

Market & competitive insight

: A great understanding of the automation market in Europe. US a big plus.

Education

: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience is also valued.

Feature design & validation skills

: Hands-on experience creating wireframes, mockups, or clickable prototypes and running client interviews and beta tests.

Technical aptitude

: Comfort reading API docs, writing clear user stories / specs, and collaborating with developers; basic knowledge of REST, JSON and workflow engines

AI / automation

: Solid grasp of AI in document autojmation (OCR, classification, extraction) and intelligent workflows.

Communication & presentation

: Excellent writing (release notes, roadmaps) and speaking skills to lead webinars, brief analysts, and present to C-level stakeholders.

Fast learner & structured

: Quick to master new domains, tools, and feedback loops; rigorous in documentation and follow-through.

Organized and resilient

: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple feature tracks, stakeholder inputs, and quarterly cadences without dropping the ball. *

Languages

: Native German, fluent English; French is a big plus.
