As Product Owner for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Events Management, you will own the strategic direction, value delivery, and continuous evolution of the organization's customer data and event-driven engagement capabilities. You will act as the primary authority for product vision, prioritization, and feature outcomes across the product. This role goes well beyond traditional business analysis. You will be accountable for end-to-end product ownership, balancing business strategy, platform capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and delivery execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, marketing, technology, and data to ensure the product enables meaningful customer insights, scalable engagement, and measurable business value.
The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, deep hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and the ability to lead confidently in complex environments--acting simultaneously as a trusted strategic advisor and a delivery-focused product leader.
