Die Ophtapharm AG ist eine FDA/EU-GMP zertifizierte Produzentin im Pharmabereich (Ophthalmika). An unserem Produktionsstandort in Hettlingen bei Winterthur werden fur internationale Markte qualitativ hochstehende Produkte wie Augentropfen, -salben und -gele aseptisch produziert, abgefullt und verpackt.
To strengthen our team in Hettlingen, we are looking for a Product Quality Manager to start as soon as possible.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technical support for our customer products
• Serve as Project Lead for quality related projects
• Provide clear updates on Project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
• Support with strong product quality expertise investigating and solving quality issues
• Actively support department heads in identifying gaps, process improvements and their implementations
• Actively support performance excellence programs
• Represent the Director Quality in Meetings as needed and when it is requested

Ihr Profil

• PhD or MSc in Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology or Chemistry.
• Strong quality expertise and experience
• Proven experience in sterile drug product manufacturing is advantageous
• 5-10 years of experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Curious and interested in innovation and improvement
• Strong collaboration abilities across all functions and departments
• Excellent communication skills as a point of contact across departments and functions
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
• Logical thinker and natural leader, comfortable networking and connecting people
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational abilities
