As Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-compliant production, while adhering to both local and corporate standards. You will manage resources, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include:



Ensuring workplace safety and implementing EHS rules and corrective measures ; Acting as interim Head of Operations during absences, with full responsibility ; Managing production resources (personnel, equipment) to meet demand according to the PPDS schedule (direct supervision of 3 people and indirect supervision of 50 people) ; Maintaining production accounting and updating SAP databases; analyzing and optimizing costs ; Monitoring production processes and parameters to ensure quality; managing rework operations ; Defining and tracking performance indicators (KPIs): compliance rate, raw material consumption, waste monitoring, etc. ; Drafting and updating documentation (Responsible Care chapters, production reports) ; Applying Operational Excellence (OPEX) tools to improve performance ; Participating in the ORGRA management team.

WHAT YOU OFFER

------------------

You hold a Master's or PhD in chemistry or chemical engineering and have at least 5 years of experience as a production or process engineer ; You have a successful track record in production operations management (POM) ; You have excellent command of French, English and/or German (spoken and written) ; You demonstrate strong leadership and ability to motivate teams ; You are capable of managing complex issues within a matrix organization.
