Job Description
- Plan the services production preparation and collaborate with sports solutions manager for the flawless delivery of our technology services and for the integration of new technology systems.
- You proactively liaise with customers and stakeholders to anticipate and understand expectations/competition trends.
- Act as a team leader to review production effectiveness and procedures.
- Apply the Sports Services Production quality assurance processes, policies and procedures, and manage necessary corrective or improving actions.
- Technical degree in IT or in electronic, completed by a certification in project management
- Sports industry and technology expertise, as well as previous experience in this field
- Analytical, your mindset is one of continuous improvement
- Service and solution oriented, team leader and open minded
- Make it happen attitude towards your internal or external clients
- Structured, systematic and organized in your way of working
- Consistently focused on effectiveness and efficiency
- Flexible, available to travel 50% of your time
