Your Tasks

• Planning, managing, executing and coordinating complex government customer projects for supplying and/or upgrading Ground Based Training Systems
• Managing project teams with a matrix setup within technical, engineering, purchasing, legal and logistics departments
• Supervising external suppliers and integrators
• Conducting Customer meetings and acceptance events in house and at Customer facilities
• Contributing to continuous improvement of department and inter-department organization and processes
• Assisting Customer Liaison team in bidding for changes on existing contracts and/or new contracts

With this you convince us

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s Degree in Engineering, Business Management or similar
• Practical experience in management of complex projects
• Technical background in military Ground Based Training Systems
• Direct Experience with Pilatus PC-21 GBTS or similar products is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1), German is nice to have
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility, organisational and communication skills
