About the Role

As Senior Executive Programmes Manager with a focus on business simulations and gaming, your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective design and management of learning programs and activities within the insurance and risk management sector.

Main activities and responsibilities
  • Product Owner for Insurance Management Simulation (IMS): You serve as the programme manager for the award-winning IMS and other business simulations (e.g. business model disruption, health ecosystems, and more). This involves running the product life cycle, ensuring continuous improvement, and co-development with external partners.
  • Conceptualization, Development, Hosting, and Moderation: You are responsible for conceptualizing, developing, hosting, and moderating executive programmes using gaming theory. This involves crafting engaging and interactive learning experiences for participants.
  • Client Program Leadership and Facilitation: You are willing to learn and take the lead in facilitating client programmes, particularly the IMS. This requires knowledge of insurance finance and accounting, effective communication, leadership, and facilitation skills to assure the successful delivery of learning experiences to clients.
  • Project Management: Using agile methodology, you act as an experienced project manager responsible for drafting project plans, leading project execution, and steering projects related further development of simulations and tools.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: You together with the sales team analyse strategic customer needs by building strong relationships with clients, senior management, and partners. This enables you to understand their requirements, align programs with their objectives, and provide customized solutions.
  • Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation: You steer the ADDIE life cycle of various learning programs, including face-to-face, online, and blended formats. This involves collaborating with specialists, instructional designers, faculty, and technology teams to create effective learning experiences.
  • Strategic Portfolio Planning: By assessing program effectiveness, market demand, and emerging trends, you contribute to the strategic direction of portfolio steering of executive programme offerings.
  • Continuous Program Development: You drive the continued development of key client programs as a course owner. This entails supervising programme performance, gathering feedback, and making enhancements to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful.
About You

Bringing strong interpersonal skills, and forward thinking approach, you are bound for success in this role.
  • Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in, Insurance Business, Actuarial Science, Finance, Education or related fields.
  • Good experience in insurance and reinsurance.
  • Demonstrated skills in program design, development, and management.
  • Excellent skills in project management, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and Scrum.
  • Strong facilitation and training capabilities, able to facilitate learning and development programs.
  • Proficient in English; German and other languages are advantage
