About the team you are joining



You will report to a project manager or senior project manager within the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Information & Data (I&D) division. As part of the PMO team, you will apply project management best practices in your day-to-day while delivering business objectives. You will perform your job in harmony with IATA project management methodology and the different policies and practices from the different areas that take part in a project. t



What your day would be like



Be responsible for delivering on one or more small to medium-sized projects concurrently.

Liaise with different areas within IATA to deliver as per timeline and scope agreed.


Alternatively, act as a Scrum Master in one or more projects.

Record project costs from all the different streams of the project

Set up and maintain project files, administer version control and storage

Maintain risk and issue logs with the endorsement from the project manager or senior project manager

Coordinate project meetings and record minutes (weekly, ad-hoc, Steering Committees, governance meetings)

Provide ad-hoc support to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Business Owner



We would love to hear from you if



You have been exposed to project lifecycle directly for 3-5 years

You hold a BSc in computer science, business management or any other related fields.

Hold a project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2)

Understand Agile SCRUM methodology. Certification is desirable

Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

High proficiency in MS Office applications.

High proficiency in English is mandatory and any other language is desirable.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
