You are a dynamic and experienced Project Leader with a passion for product engineering? In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and optimization of innovative control valve solutions.

What You'll Do

Shape Belimo's future product range of control valves and actuators Lead multidisciplinary project teams to develop and industrialize these products. Collaborate effectively with global teams including product management, engineering and research. Identify customer values propositions, specify system requirements and execute design reviews with development teams. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from stakeholder requirements to initial product conception through industrialization and post-launch support. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Belimo's products and systems and innovate new solutions.

Who You Are

MSc in engineering is preferred, BSc with extensive experience is also welcome. Several years of experience in a comparable position within a global acting manufacturing company. You have a strong understanding and experience in technical project management and know how to deal with different stakeholders simultaneously. You bring the ability to handle uncertainties, organize tasks efficiently, and possess strong investigative skills to dive into technical details and ensure issues are resolved. You are self-driven and bring a high level of initiative, playing a key role in pushing global projects forward and connecting teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential; fluency in English is required, and German is a plus.
