As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Management Support for a temporary 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension.
This position is intended to provide maintenance for a database solution developed in Google Sheets and shares on Google Sites. Also project managing the decommissioning of this solution and the implementation of a global enterprise tool.
The role is in the Quality Area and it supports Quality Heads with documentation related capabilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support custom build solution in Google Workspace
- Administration of a standard tool
- Basic training of users
- Manage the Project transition to enterprise tool
- Coordination of transition
- Application scripting for Google tools Must-Haves
- Vocational degree
- First project Management experience
- First development/scripting experience
- Ability to engage in stakeholder management
- Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, project management
- Fluency in English & German, other languages are a plus Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with document management tools within quality and regulatory functions Benefits
