We are setting up a dedicated squad to lead the transition to a new process and tool supporting our DIA Commercial Enablement Portfolio Management and Resource Management efforts. To support this journey, we are looking for a proactive and structured individual who will help drive the execution of this initiative. You will play a key role in shaping and operationalizing the transition plan, from understanding user needs to ensuring successful rollout and adoption.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Project coordination & tool selection
Support the squat in shaping and structuring the transition plan
Conduct market research and support in the identification of suitable tool(s)
Coordinate and document user requirements through interviews or surveys
Support gap analysis between current and future-state tools
Tool implementation & configuration
Assist in the sourcing process and vendor coordination
Help set up and configure the new tool based on defined requirements
Maintain documentation around tool functionality and configurations
Rollout & data migration
Help design and execute the rollout plan (e.g. pilot, phased deployment)
Prepare and support data migration efforts
Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and propose improvements
Training & change enablement
Contribute to defining the training concept and rollout approach
Support development of training materials and hands-on guides
Help deliver training sessions (1:1, small groups, or virtual formats)
Must Have:
Bachelor's or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
Min. 2 years' experience in a similar role
Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced work environment
Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of tool implementation or configuration
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Nice to Have:
Previous experience with digital tool implementation or internal rollouts
Familiarity with project or product management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Airtable, Asana)
Experience with resource management tools (like Smartsheet Resource Management)
Experience with portfolio management, resource management, change management, user training, or enablement
Interest in digital transformation or commercial operations
