BIOTRONIK Schweiz AG, based in Baar, Canton of Zug, is hosting the regional headquarter of the MIDWEST region overseeing eight legal entities in Europe and Canada. For our regional headquarter we are seeking a Project Coordinator as of October 1, 2023.

Your key responsibilities:

• Internal project coordination focussing on efficiency potential and change management.
• Administrative tasks such as planning regional meetings, obtaining signatures, general secretarial work in support of our Regional Vice President

Your profile:

• Batchelor in business administration
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Project management experience
• Proficient in MS office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Reliable, integer, loyal
• Structured and precise way of working.
